We are all co-creators in this marvelous experience called human life, and together we have created this beautiful planet. At a deeper level we are aware of our interconnectedness and have a common desire to co-exist peacefully and harmoniously and at the same time help each other to build a better tomorrow.We take pride in wonderful inventions such as the Internet, the physical manifestation demonstrating the interconnectedness of all of humankind. We also notice divergent trends like the breakdown of the ‘Sangha’ or community system, which during ancient times served as a solid foundation and supportive environment for individuals on their quest of knowledge. Life University seeks to recreate a Sangha that will spearhead the transformation process in the world.

We have developed certain guidelines for living and working together as a functional unit.
These are our basic guidelines:

  • All are eternal students and at the same time each one has something to teach others Inspire people to awaken their full potential self by being a Live Example
  • Learning from all Teachers and Masters of Spiritual Science
  • Promoting the concept of ‘Be a Light unto Yourself’...taking self responsibility
  • Empowerment of all individuals
  • Every individual has something unique to offer to others
  • No hierarchic organization structure
  • No special clothing
  • No rituals
  • Living in Nature
  • Holistic/Community Living
  • Authentic way of living
  • No discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, language, nationality, ethnicity, or social origin
  • Promote active participation of women in all operational aspects of the community
  • Set up autonomous operational units that require minimal monitoring or services from outside the operation unit
  • Provide transparency and accountability - provide people access to timely information on matters likely to affect them or in which they have interest
  • Promote meaningful participation of all interested individuals and teams in decision-making
  • Protect fundamental rights to freedom of opinion, expression and dissent
  • Resolve personal conflicts personally and directly
  • No tolerance for gossip and engaging in destructive human patterns (violence, shouting, coercion, etc,)
  • If not possible to resolve an issue, ask for help in facilitation using the spiritual principles as guides
